Shipping Policy

We at Genial Day are committed to bringing you the most comfortable products of the highest quality. We know that what matters to you is great products combined with truly attentive service.

If you have any concerns about a Genial Day product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

Any order changes on the same day of the order being processed are not guaranteed to be made due to the possibility of the order being already on route. To request changes for orders which are already on route the assigned carrier should be contacted. 

We’re in the office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM CT, you can call us during these hours 1.888.730.8358. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 1 business day!

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $45 USD receive free shipping, this includes one-time purchases and subscription orders (discounts, promo codes and taxes excluded). All orders under $45 USD will be charged a regular shipping fee of $7.90 USD.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Genial Day ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Genial Day is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Genial Say is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
